ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed we unfortunately are unable cancel it after 12 hours. If you need to change delivery info, contact us as soon as possible. However, once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED? 

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours but can take 5-15 days for orders with personalized engraving or on back order. 

Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7-20 business days depending on location.

*Shipping times may increase by up to 30 days due to the COVID19 crisis in some cases  

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?

We know how important your order is!

Monaco Republic provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.

Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but Monaco Republic does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit unless stated otherwise.

If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
